Hey David, so I have a client who's pregnant and I don't honestly work with pregnant women too much so I'm a bit cautious/conservative. I was wondering if you could check out my formula real quick and see if it throws any red flags. General pattern is HPA axis dysregulation, nervous exhaustion, brain fog/cognitive impairment, dry constipation w/ general dyspepsia. Going for mild nourishing adaptogen, nervines/trophorestorative, nootropic, mild bitter with carminative, demulcent. hoping formula to be net moistening as she's quite dry (shatavari, dandelion, fenugreek, linden). Initial thoughts? I feel pretty confident it'll help her I just wanted a quick double check on whether it's safe. I wasn't totally sure on ashwaganda or bacopa, they seem like they'd be fine to me... [shrug]
Thank you!
