Hallo David! I wonder if there is any advice on how to support people with weakness after Covid. I will go according to the specific symptoms and case history. I am thinking to include adaptogens esp. the ones that strengthen the lungs, like prince seng or cordyceps and astragalus. I remember to have heard in the past that mullein, nettles and plantain as tea is a good option while recovering from pneumonia. The specific person is a man in his forties. A bit overweight, no health issues before Covid, he was hospitalized with pneumonia and amigdalitis. He is in his first week coming out of hospital feeling weak and tired. Thank you Eleni

I think your choices are good and make sense, obviously rest, support sleep (nervines), a healthy diet , exercise to tolerance and some lung trophorestoratives and adaptogens for support.
