I remember you saying during this month's health history intake that KM may be becoming more sensitive to some things (food, herbs, activities?) based on her 9-11 exposure, having COVID, her hypertensive crisis and response to the vaccine. Does that mean we should be careful recommending Night Blooming Cereus? I don't know this plant yet, nor do I fully understand its cautions and am considering it for her (stress induced angina, fear of dying.) I see the contraindication listed on the sheet for hypertensive people. Even though her blood pressure is well below your recommended blood pressure caution, could there be a concern here about causing palpitations because she is so sensitive to sympathetic NS stimulation? Thank you! Also, there is an unanswered question I sent still in Ask the Professor from a month ago. I wonder if it has just been overlooked? No hurry, just circling back.

No, I don't think so Even though her blood pressure is well below your recommended blood pressure caution, could there be a concern here about causing palpitations because she is so sensitive to sympathetic NS stimulation? No way to know this, but if used in a small amount I think it would be ok.
