Boswellia resin sources for internal consumption?

Hello!! I am wondering if you have any reputable sources for boswellia resin? I was looking deeper into this after our materia medica last night, and Mountain Rose's boswellia says its grade A certified organic but has a caution it is not for internal use. I have checked into some other suppliers and seem to be running into the same issue elsewhere. I would like to make the tincture myself, not purchase an already made extract so if you have any sources you recommend I would be grateful.
