Hi David, Which herb(s) work synergistically with Saw Palmetto for optimal treatment of BPH? I thought I recalled you mentioning one in the Herbal Synergy lecture (nettle root?), but looking through the notes I can't seem to find that reference. Thank you!

I prefer a combination of Saw Palmetto, Nettle root, Collinsonia and White Sage or Bidens.
