David, Does Mexican Evening Primrose (Oenothera berlandieri) have the same medicinal qualities as Evening Primrose? (Oenothera biennis) We have some beautiful plants in our AZ stores right now, and they would look beautiful in my rock garden:) Jami

I don’t know, I would have to taste it and see if it is similar to Oenothera biennis. If the taste was similar, slightly astringent, slightly mucilaginous with a peculiar bitter aftertaste, I would guess they have similar activity . If not I would say no.
