Mushroom Lab Testing Recommendation?

I am wondering if you have any recommendations for lab testing for beta glucan and other compounds in mushroom preparations I make? I want to send out my micropowder to confirm the levels of available compounds and wasn't sure where to begin with looking. If you have any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it.

I apologize, I thought I had answered this previously but it isn't showing up... I am not sure who does this you might try Alchemist labs in Oregon, they are a great testing lab https://www.alkemist.com
