Hi David, I'm working with a client with excessive sweating and I'd like to make ox eye daisy tincture to use as part of their formula. I was wondering if you could advise regarding the ratio and percentage of alcohol. Thank you, Rebecca

Do you recommend using the whole flowering plant or just the root?

The leaf and flower are used, I have never made a tincture from it, but would guess it would be a 1:2 or 1:5, 30 % ETOH

Thank you. Would a tea be preferred?

That is how I have used it, but a tincture should work as well.
