Hello, I'm wondering if oxalates are easily extracted in EtOH and if they are less of a concern with tinctures than with decoctions or powders. Thinking of chaga in particular, but got me wondering in general.

Oxalates are insoluble in 95% ETOH, but in a low alcohol tincture (30%) like Chaga, which is 70 % water they are soluble.
