Hi David, You’ve mentioned a few times in our triunes that we should be focused on the primary actions of the herbs according to the materia medica sheets, which makes total sense. But in that case, when do we look at the secondary actions? Is it just a nice bonus if those happen to be relevant to the person? Thanks! Jennifer

You are looking for the options that best fit the person you are treating primarily based on primary uses, but if 2 herbs both seem like they are equally useful , but one has additional secondary benefits that make senses for the person, then that may weigh your choice in that herbs favor.
