Hello! A few questions from the supplements presentation:
1. Would soy isoflavones be more beneficial in cases of excess estrogen (e.g., PCOS), rather than the idea that it is "replacing" estrogen (which you explained is not accurate)?
2. Would you be able to get the same benefits of a fish oil supplement by eating the small fish indicated, and if so how much would be required?
3. To clarify, melatonin can be taken even if there is not a circadian rhythm issue, for the other anti-inflammatory/anti-cancer effects mentioned?
