Would you recommend Soy Isoflavones for someone that is post menopausal with symptoms (occasional night sweats, dryness, and infrequent hot flashes),but also has Hashimoto‘s and a soy sensitivities that results in mouth ulcers when ingesting soy based foods? Are there enough benefits to explore further or not worth it?

No, there are so many better things for menopausal symptomology, that do not have the possibility of inhibiting thyroid function, my favorite starting formula is Shatavari 2 p,Chaste tree 1.5 p, Black Cohosh 1 p, Motherwort 2 p, Sage 1/2 part and Licorice (if BP is normal) 1/2 p
