Licorice in Chyawanprash

Would you have any concerns about giving chyawanprash to someone with hypertension if it contains Licorice? Seems like the amount would be tiny but I wanted to be sure. Also wondering if the answer is the same if the blood pressure is controlled by medication or not. Thank you!!
