Lymes Testing Urine

Hello, I was wondering if you have a good company that you know of for Lyme testing of urine not blood? Thank you, Jennifer Noble

I am unaware of any accurate urine tests for Lyme from the NIH: These tests are not approved by FDA because they have not been proven to be accurate. For example, one study of urine-based polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assays for Lyme disease diagnosis showed that with currently available tools, urine cannot be used to accurately diagnose Lyme disease.
