Hi David,
I’m wondering if you might have any suggestions for a friend of mine whose mother has retinitis pigmentosa. Unfortunately, as you probably already know, it’s an inherited disease, and at this time there are no known cures. She is at the point now where her vision is quite blurred, and very tunnel like. I am wondering if there might be any herbs that might be able to help with limiting/slowing down the loss of her vision She is 60 years old and rather healthy. She does not take any medication’s.
It is unlikely that anything will reverse the damage but your Chinese “liver” herbs may slow progression, i.e. Goji berry, Chrysanthemum flower, Jue Ming Zi, Buddleia flowers, as well as Blueberry, Elderberry.
