Hello David, I am being considered for a grant that a local herbal business is applying for to teach children about plants and herbalism. I have already taught a free children's class for the community. We made sleep pillows, herbal jam with rosehips and juice, eco printing, made herbal foods, and did an herb walk. I have a few other ideas but want to develop more of a curriculum. I have looked at Leslie Tierra's book on children's herbal activities in the past. Do you know of any other resources/books or herbalists who focus on children's herbal activities? I'd also like the kids to learn to grow plants as well and how to use them and to develop a deep appreciation of the natural world. Do you have any other ideas? Thankyou for your guidance, Donna
