on the FRS triune sheet the description is building to pregnant or lactating women, nutrient rich. After reading the MM, I am not see how this herb would be a specific indication for pregnant women. I see that it is very nourishing, builds blood, and helps with absorption. Is the indication because of it's nourishing qualities? but then why isn't nettles on the FRS sheet as a builder for building pregnant women? since it is very safe for pregnant women, nourishes and builds blood I would like to understand how you give the herbs the descriptions so that in the future when I come across on herb not on the sheet, I could add it.

This is one of the very few herbs listed that William LeSassier did, I have never given it much thought, just accepted it, but you make a very good point.
