Hello, How do you use goji berries in tea blends? It is listed at an ingredient in a blend you have in the Materia Medica for Jiaogulan but I wasn't sure if you used the berries whole, chopped up, ground? I rewatched the class on Goji Berry with Andrew and it wasn't specified. Another thing I noticed it that Goji Berries have a fairly long decotion / Steep time, when preparing a blend that contains Goji along with herbs that have a much shorter steep time, how do you determine how long to decoct/steep. Thanks so much! PS I am finally starting to feel like things are starting to click, lol. I'm not nearly as overwhemled at the end of class thinking "how will I ever keep all this in my head?" :))

David said: I freeze them and my grinder, and then grind them with the other herbs and it grinds beautifully. Add the goji berries first and then after a while add the other herbs that need shorter steeping.
