Hey there : ) I am wondering, I am aware that raspberry leaf is toxic when partially dried. Are there any other herbs that share this quality and present toxicity when 'partially dried'? The other night I made a tea of partially dried skullcap leaves and motherwort leaves from my garden and couldn't help but wonder about this. Thanks !!

David said: I don’t think the wilted leaves of Raspberry are particularly toxic but other members of the Rosaceae family like Wild Cherry bark, are quite toxic when wilted, but not once fully dried. We will discuss this when we cover Wild Cherry bark in class (it is due to cyanogenic glycosides in the wilted plant).
