Seasonal Skin Condition

I have a client living with a dog and she has a cat allergy. I am assuming, as you have said if she has a cat hair dander allergy she is most likely also allergic to dogs just to a different degree. She is suffering with a chronic skin condition that comes in the Spring when starting work in garden. Has had skin condition, hot red and dry for 6 years. Skin condition is on forearms, hands and hips. Skin condition goes away in Winter and comes again in Spring, any ideas here? know immune system work is needed but any tips on living with the dog and why skin patterns could be so seasonal ? Dog is an outside dog. Thank you !!

As we discussed last night, allergies - Immune amphoterics, Immuno-regulatory herbs, alteratives, red, hot and dry = Gotu Kola, Burdock Seed, Milk thistle seed, and Sarsaparilla, as a starting point. Check bowel function, gut integrity, liver function.
