Hi David, do you think herbs can be helpful for individuals dealing with Achalasia? I've mostly found Ayurveda accounts of it, which consider it to be a vata abnormality.

Possibly, depending on the cause and severity. I think acupuncture can work even better and I would consider oral use of SJW, processed Ban Xia, Angelica or Prickly Ash but there are minimally invasive endoscopic procedures that seem to work best.
