I have a customer who is in her late 30's and she is always freezing. She seems to be in good health with no medical problems but does say her toes and hands go numb at times. I have tried circulatory herbs which seem to be helpful but do not help with the coldness. The last thing she tried was Red Ginseng and no luck. Her Thyroid is good and blood work looks normal. Any thoughts for next move?

I am not sure what her Thyroid is good means. I would need to know her TSH to see if this is an issue. I would continue to work on circulation with warming circulatory stimulants such as cinnamon, ginger, prickly ash. She could also be iron deficient (check ferritin). Trying one herb i.e. Red Ginseng, is unlikely to be effective. First a thorough assessment needs to be done, to check possible underlying causes and then a treatment plan can be created.
