Hi David, Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience and wisdom so generously over the course of this course. I am amazed at your stamina. A patient of mine who is having nerve pain told me her babysitter from the Dominican Republic suggested she take "anamu." I looked it up and the botanical name is petiveria alliacea. Are you familiar with this? If so, do you have any ideas of a good source? She took the pills from her babysitter which helped take the edge off the pain, noticeably so, but she is looking for a reputable source for this herb. Petiveria or Guinea Hen weed, is a commonly used medicinal plant in South and Central America. I have some vague familiarity with it, but have never used it (just read about it). I do not know of a good source. There is a fair amount of research on the plant and a lot of ethnobotanical usage. Yes, Braiding Sweetgrass was wonderful and the author Robin Wall Kimmerer, is a truly lovely person, really nice to talk to
