Hello David,
I want to recommend an anti-fungal to someone with an infection under their fingernail and am curious whether applying a drop or two of tincture directly on/under the nail would get absorbed well enough to help. Would you just do it over a towel and just try to rub it in? My guess is that a salve might be a better medium but potentially less potent (and I might have to make myself). What's the best way to get herbs onto a fungal infection under a nail? (Also, I'm thinking about Oregon grape to try first...I'm sure that there are many anti-fungal options but if there is a better one, I'd love to hear it). Thank you as always!
