Followup to my question in class when I asked about stopping use of astragalus for chronic lyme and you replied that astragalus would not be effective. On MM- first paragraph, 2nd sentence- it lists "significant benefit" for chronic Lyme. Please clarify.

It says I t can be used for immune suppression caused by chronic Lyme disease, not for treating lyme disease. So if you have chronic Lyme and immune suppression yes Astragalus is useful. If you have chronic Lyme disease but no immune suppression (frequent colds, reduced white blood cells, etc) then is not of much if any benefit.
