Hi David, Thanks for taking the time to answer this question. I am unsure on how to use Frankincense, can I use it in a powdered form or its original form in a capsule? I am trying to make capsules of Turmeric, Ginger, and Boswellia for inflammation, so just wanted to make sure on how to use it. Thanks, Zaki M.

Frankincense and Boswellia are related, but not the same thing. To use either in capsule it would have to be powdered, which is very difficult to do at home.
