Hi David, Wondering what you think about trying Wood Betony for someone who has myopathy stemming from a long hospital stay? I believe we've ruled out everything else...no problems with circulation, good pulses, no diabetes, no degenerative M/S disease, a little neuropathy but the primary complaint is that the legs (between the knees and the ankles/both legs equally) feel tired all of the time. Not much pain; he categorizes it as "feeling like he ran a marathon the day before" with no particular overexertion. The pain is constant. Not dull, not stabbing, slightly tingly (used to be worse; the tingles have gotten better) but mainly fatigued. Which made me think of Wood Betony. I heard from a neurologist today that he is seeing this more and more with people who have had long COVID hospitalizations. And two follow-up questions to that: (1) can Wood Betony be used topically as an oil (I know it will be tough to find but it grows wild near me)? and (2) if not Wood Betony, would you recommend H&A's Compound Arnica oil or Dragon's Dream oil perhaps? (or anything else) Thanks so much. Donna

"Not dull, not stabbing, slightly tingly (used to be worse; the tingles have gotten better) but mainly fatigued.".... Also Alpha lipoid acid, Prickly Ash, St John’s wort "...long COVID hospitalizations. " I doubt Wood betony would work here, it is for acuter muscular pain, not chronic . It sounds circulatory and I would try enhancing circulation to the legs (Ginger, Butchers Broom, Gotu Kola, Goji Berry, etc) (1) no (2) Compound Arnica oil may help
