Could you please provide dosage for the tinnitus formula? How long of a period would one expect to wait to see determine if it is helpful? Thank you.

It is not a formula, they are herbs i might use for tinnitus Tian Ma, St Johnswort, Drynaria, Standardized Ginkgo, Chinese Dogwood fruit, Goji berry, etc Which ones I use and how much depends on the person, their energetics, age, cause of the tinnitus etc.
