Hi David, I had a question on our case Study WECA for 9/7/21. Do you think it could be shingles? Does shingles always present with lesions or can it be internal? I noticed the herbs you chose for the tincture could be helpful for shingles regardless of the Western diagnosis. But I'm curious- I thought nerve pain was a "red letter symptom" for Saint John's Wort and I'm curious why you wouldn't include that herb. Thank you, Jessa

The reason I did not use SJW is because WECA is taking medications that are CI with SJW, so I used Chuan Xiong and Prickly Ash which are both used for nerve pain instead.
