PAs very slightly increase the risk of VOC - venal occlusive disease - in the liver, or the occlusion of the very small hepatic blood vessels. This isn't what Amanita proteins do so I would not want to make that assumption! Milk thistle seems more suited to protecting against actual liver damage and liver failure, induced by toxins, drugs, alcohol, etc. So there may be something to that but I wouldn't assume it to be the case.
