David Is there a blend of herbs you would feel comfortable with using in a pregnant woman (my wife) in her third trimester who has moderate-severe rib pain due to the fetus constantly pressing against the ribcage? She is of a small stature so there is a lot of pressure there. Pain is pretty much constant and dull but certain motions can exacerbate sharp pain as well. Thanks for your time

hmmmmm, there are few if any analgesic herbs that we know are safe during pregnancy. I would think external heat (heating pad) or a topical CBD oil with some analgesic essential oils would be the safest approach. Internally perhaps a tea with Chamomile (2p), Rose Hips (1 p), Black Haw bark (1p), Ginger (1/2p) and Peppermint (1/2p) might offer some modest relief, but as with most herbs there is controversy as to the safety of some of these during pregnancy.
