Would you consider Galopsis segetum or G. tetrahit (Hemp nettle) as well as Polygonum aviculare (Knot-grass) as mineral salt tastes? They are used in folk medicine often pretty interchangeable with horsetail for their silicilic acid content. And are easier to manage in the garden than horsetail ;-)

I would have to taste them to say and since I have never tasted any of them, I cannot be certain, but if they taste “mineral” i.e. with very slight non-persistent bitterness, they I would say yes.
