Hi David/other teachers, Wondering what resources you recommend to find quality information on contraindications for herbs. For instance if I am looking for contraindications for Skullcap and benzodiazepines, what is the best way to search for this on the internet and find quality information (not just WebMD) . Do you mostly use books? Follow certain herbalists? Find certain websites? Charlotte

The Botanical Safety Handbook and the materia medica sheets you will get from class. Most of the information-line is not very good. Skullcap is not CI with Benzodiazepines,
