Do you use this in clinical practice and if so, what would be the indication? Thank you

Mistletoe tincture is used for multiple issues especially Hypertension, vascular headaches and improving the tonus of the bladder, large intestine or uterus. It is a low dose herb that needs to be used with a certain degree of knowledge. If by “Mistletoe extract” you mean the fermented biodynamic Mistletoe products such as Iscador, Isorel or Helixor, no I do not use them. They are injectables used to treat cancer (herbalists do not use injectable medications).
