My mother-in-law (86 yrs old) was recently admitted to the hospital for malnutrition. She's always been very active and thin; however when she contracted COVID her weight dropped from 105 to 85 pounds (she's 5'2"). She also suffers from celiac disease. She is being released from the hospital today. Do you have any recommendations to help her rebuild her strength and support what is likely very poor vitamin and mineral absorption? Thank you!

Bitters to enhance digestions and absorption, Green drinks with Spirulina or cracked cell Chlorella and smoothies with nut butters, protein powder and nourishing herbs (Maca, Nettle leaf, Goji Berry, Shatavari, etc). A good multi V/M in powder or liquid form.
