Does the dry peel need to be pulverized? What is the minimum % alcohol? What is the ratio of peel to alcohol? And dosage for gerd? Before meals? after meals?

Dried peel. Everything you tincture should be finely ground, the tincture would be a 1:5 tincture, 70% ETOH. Orange peel is not for GERD, it is to increase stomach acid, which is usually low in people with GERD. Bitters are used for GERD.
