Ovarian Cysts

Are there any herbs that can help th e pain of and to help support resolving an ovarian cyst? Are there also supporting herbs that can support the system to prevent the reoccurrence of these? This client, in their early 40's, has had other reproductive/endocrine issues that have resulted in amenorrhea throughout most of their life, although they had no trouble getting pregnant. Ovaraian cysts have been diagnosed in the past by their physician and through scans.

Yes and yes, but we treat the patient not the condition, so it is very difficult to make recommendations for a person with an ovarian cyst without knowing all about that person. For the pain herbs that help ovarian/gynecological pain include Jamaica Dogwood (low dose herb), Corydalis (pain due to blood stagnation), Horse Chestnut (low dose herb- dull, throbbing pain or a feeling of fullness), Sweet Melilot (sharp, stabbing ovarian pain), etc . This client, in their early 40’s, has had other reproductive/endocrine issues that have resulted in amenorrhea (blood stagnation, possible liver qi stagnation)
