I'm curious if you know what raised/prominent fingertip pads indicate, aside from Kabuki syndrome. These bumps on the fingertip pads have been coming and going on my son. My first thought was something neurological, but I can't find any information aside from Kabuki and a couple of other disorders that do not match him at all (he doesn't have any of the other symptoms). Thank you!

I am not sure, clubbing of the fingertips, (the pads become enlarged) can be caused by cyanotic heart disease, advanced pulmonary disease, biliary cirrhosis, Colitis, chronic dysentery and thyrotoxicosis, I highly doubt your son has any of these conditions. There is a type of eczema that can cause bumps on the fingertip pads the lesions look like blisters. E/W I am at a loss
