Hi David, Roman Chamomile is not an herb we have a MM sheet for. Can you please give your summary of the herb? Thanks, Jessa

Think of it as similar to German Chamomile, but more bitter tasting and it has greater antispasmodic activity. I prefer it for GI spasms, as a digestive bitter, for menstrual cramps, hypertension,IBS, etc. I use it much less for children (taste issue), but in most other ways it can be used like Matricaria.
