Working with Poke to move lymph

Hello, I'm wondering about how to work with poke to move lymph. I know it's a very low dose and potentially toxic plant. If we'll go over it at a later date I can probably hold on until then.

If you look at the Materia Medica of the Americas listing under last week's handouts, you'll see we will cover Poke root in this section of materia medica. It is always used as a very small part of a larger formula.
