What's the 10th Taste?

Hi David! I'm reviewing the Ten Tastes and I'm looking at the synopsis of the tastes in "THE ENERGETICS OF HERBS – THE 10 TASTES" document. This is how I understand it in the chart, which means I'm only counting 9 tastes. Is Salty split into 2 tastes to make 10? 1. Sweet 2. Salty - true salt - mineral salt 3. Sour 4. Astringent 5. Pungent 6. Spicy 7. Acrid 8. Bitter - fragrant bitter - warming bitter 9. Bland Thank you for clarifying this for me! Hillary G
