I only see USA as an option in the address information.

Well I learned my something new today :) H&A doesn't normally allow wholesale accounts outside of the country, but make an exception for our students (provided they are not re-selling products in their country). If you email the same information that is asked for on the wholesale form to sales@herbalist-alchemist.com and state that you are a student of David's who wishes to open a wholesale account they'll be happy to take care of it for you.
