Hi Eileen, First of all thank you so much for your fantastic support for us. You are such a gem! I´ll post this question here, in case somebody else encountered the same issue. During the broadcast last night, shortly after you said that the site was down, I had an issue with the chat. The video was still running fine (so I didn´t go to evplive.com because I was afraid to lose the video, too). However, I could not input anything into the chat (clicking on the space to type did not work). It also seems I did only see part of the chat messages from others, since I did not see questions you mentioned later on. I did stop the live video and put it live again, and I also refreshed my browser. Both did not help. Do you have any idea how to resolve this in case it happens again next time? This happened to me, too. I am afraid it may have given me partial attendance even though I was there the whole time. I was also hesitant to exit since I could see and hear david just fine! Pamela

Good morning, Thank you so much! I'm happy to help you receive the most you can out of this amazing program. Yep - when the site goes down most functions go down with it unfortunately. The chat was having issues most of the night...we've been speaking with the software providers and are hopeful we've found the fix. Monday morning they'll be testing the new fixes and I've made my sacrifice to the techno gawds so hopefully it's smooth sailing going forward! It did give everyone partial attendance on the system, and the Sept 8th test showing up as a "class" didn't help either...those issues are being addressed and we've marked down who was on Tuesday manually. I did the same and stayed on since I could hear David. I am still showing as partial though.

Yep - everyone shows as a partial, no matter if they were able to stay on or not ....we know it's incorrect :)
