Text Citation for Student Projects

Dear Eileen, Not sure if this is a professor's question or not. In the Student Project Guidelines, I did not find a required or recommended way to cite Books and such in our References. Chicago? MLA? Journal of Herbal Medicine? Other? Thanking you in advance, Katia
