Vet question: glaucoma

Hi out there! I am wondering if a vet could help me out: my 10 year old cattle dog is developing cloudy eyes and I’m curious what herbs/supplements anyone would suggest for glaucoma. I’ve been digging into research but would love an informed opinion from one of y’all. Thanks to anyone who has anything to share!
