Chickens and Worms

Our chickens have roundworms it looks like. The Veterinary Herbal Medicine Textbook is not extensive on this topic (does mention Wormwood, garlic, inula, fumitory, black walnut, goldenseal, tansy, rue, thuja). I have a handout from Barbara Fougere about using 100mg of Ginger and Curcumin per each chicken. Does anyone have experience or knowledge of how others might address this? Are there any additional black walnut toxicity concerns with chickens specifically (seems like there might be some for dogs and horses.... but maybe not...)?
